Returns & Shipping Insurance Policy

At Sam's Fragrance Shop, we are committed to delivering 100% authentic, high-quality fragrances with every order.

As a general policy, we DO NOT accept returns or offer refunds.

However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right. Please contact us at samsfrarganceshop@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue. In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

Shipping Insurance & Delivery Responsibility

To protect your order, optional shipping insurance is available during checkout. We strongly recommend adding insurance for coverage against loss, theft, or damage during transit.


- If you purchase shipping insurance, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and ensure you are compensated fairly.

- If you do not purchase shipping insurance, you assume full responsibility once the package leaves our facility.

We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft that occurs during transit without insurance.


- Claims for porch theft or delivery fraud require evidence, such as a police report or video footage (e.g., doorbell camera) to proceed with a resolution
