How are your prices so affordable?
We source our fragrances directly from licensed distributors and reputable wholesalers who supply major retailers. By operating primarily online and minimizing overhead costs, we’re able to pass those savings directly to our customers without compromising authenticity or quality. Every product is 100% genuine, never fake or imitation.
Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes. We source all of our fragrances from verified and trusted distributors. Every product we sell—whether a full bottle or a decant—is 100% authentic.
How long do orders take to ship?
We typically ship all orders within 2 business days, excluding national holidays, weekends, and severe weather delays. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because most orders are processed quickly, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once the order is submitted. Please reach out immediately after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist before it ships.
What is a decant?
A decant is a small portion of an authentic fragrance transferred from the original bottle into a sterile glass atomizer. It’s perfect for testing a scent before committing to a full bottle, traveling, or building a custom collection.
Do decants come in the original packaging?
No. Decants are hand-filled into sterile glass atomizers and labeled by Sam’s Fragrance Shop. Only full bottles arrive in their original manufacturer packaging.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States due to carrier restrictions on shipping alcohol-based products. We’re working on expanding shipping options in the future.
